Keith Robertson (Principal of:)

Mr. Keith Robertson serves as a principal and co-founder of numerous companies in the development, construction, amusement, leisure, entertainment and renewable energy fields. With over 40 years of various experience, he serves as co-founder of the Catalyst Group which specializes in design, engineering, project development, construction and consulting along with Renewable Energy Specialties which is a full service renewable energy firm providing clean energy solutions. Mr. Robertson is President of JKR & Associates, a consulting company in the leisure and amusement industry and Design Source International, a construction and project management company.

Mr. Robertson was a graduate from Manitoba Hydro Electrical Engineering Program and holds an Associate Degree in High Voltage Electrical Engineering. He has over 30 years of senior executive management experience in international projects and operations. Global leadership assignments have included:

Mr. Robertson has domestic and international management expertise ranging from project acquisition, planning, development & construction to executive management providing strategic and tactical direction. He is highly skilled in all disciplines including strategic planning, product development, marketing and advertising, tourism / hospitality sales, finance, business and legal affairs, human resources, merchandising, food and beverage and general operations. Mr. Robertson has a unique understanding and focus on both guest and employee satisfaction coupled with sound sustainable financial results.

Having worked on five continents, Mr. Robertson clearly understands cultural sensitivities and differing regulatory environments. He is well respected throughout the industry and not only brings to the organization sound management skills, but will provide a unique vision and exemplary passion to any project.

With over 40 years experience, Mr. Stoll is a co-founder and principal of the Catalyst Group specializing in design, engineering, project development, construction and consulting along with Renewable Energy Specialties which is a full service renewable energy firm providing clean energy solutions. He serves as Vice President of JKR & Associates, a consulting company in the leisure and amusement industry, and Design Source International, a construction and project management company.

Mr. Stoll is a graduate from Bloomsburg University with a B.S. in Business / Education. After receiving his MBA he worked for a number of Fortune 500 Companies and the Gaming Industry. He currently is a Nevada Realtor and has has over 35 years of senior executive management experience and has worked for;

Mr. Stoll has domestic and some international management expertise in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, Product Development & Management, Project Development & Management, Conceptual Design and Administration. He is skilled in human resources, establishing company policies, procedures, contracts and developing / executing strategic Sales & Marketing plans.

Larry G. Wyatt (Assoc. AIA, ASLA)

Mr. Larry G. Wyatt is Principal of MSI Design, a nationally-recognized planning, landscape architecture, leisure and entertainment design company with offices in Pasadena, California, Columbus, Ohio and Orlando, Florida. Larry has over 25 years experience in master planning and design of theme parks, leisure destinations, and exhibitions. The majority of his professional career has been dedicated to creating outstanding theme park and entertainment destinations.

Mr. Wyatt’s experience as the Director of Design for theme park operator Kings Entertainment and consulting work with theme park operating groups include:

      Busch Entertainment, Six Flags Theme Parks
      Others

With all of this impressive experience, Mr. Wyatt has gained a unique perspective into the operational and functional aspects of theme park design. As Senior Vice President of Planning and Design for Warner Bros. International Recreation Enterprises, Burbank, he was responsible for all planning and creative aspects of capital improvements and new theme park projects for Warner Bros. parks on the Gold Coast, Australia, Bottrop, Germany, and was the Master Planner and Senior Creative Director of the Movie World Madrid Theme Park. His project list includes sites in China, Korea, Australia, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Morocco, and Spain.

In addition to his work in international entertainment destinations and theme parks, Larry’s professional career includes award winning credits for touring and permanent exhibitions and museums, master planning of themed resorts, and children’s physical development play environments. He merged his design and planning studio in Pasadena with MSI Design in 2006.

Mr. Wyatt has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Eastern Kentucky University with a secondary major in Graphic Arts and Industrial Design Graduate Study at Harvard School of Design, Cambridge, MA.

Louis (Lou) Cassise is a seasoned professional with over 37 years building and developing multi-million dollar projects, including hospitality, commercial, residential, and master planned developments.

In 1983 Lou founded CM National, a real estate development company which has successfully developed multi-million dollar projects: hotels, resorts, condominiums, senior living facilities, commercial planned area developments, and master planned residential communities.

Lou started his career in 1972 as a construction engineer and licensed general contractor. He worked as a construction project manager for Ramada Inns and for Holiday Inns whereby he coordinated the construction of 28 hotels.

Timothy O. Freeland

Mr. Freeland’s experience in the field of golf course design and construction is extensive. An ASGCA (American Society of Golf Course Architects) member, Tim’s experience includes 10 years as the Senior Design Associate for Gary Player Design. His spectrum of projects ranges from small renovations to full design and construction supervision of new golf facilities. Tim’s engineering training combined with his design experience has made him one of the industry leaders in outstanding yet sensible golf course architecture.

Mr. Freeland has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University. He has over 21 years experience and has taught Golf Course Development II at Harvard University.

Tom Payne

Mr. Payne is currently the Business Broker for The Horizon Realty Group, located at 2470 St. Rose Parkway, #114, Henderson, NV 89074. He specializes in real estate sales and purchasing, financing and is a specialist working with the EB-5 Investor Program.

Since 1991, Mr. Payne has owned Glenwood Financial Incorporated with a corporate office in Kalamazoo, Michigan and branch offices in Las Vegas, Nevada. Tom is a consultant for the “Federally Controlled” EB5 Investment Visa projects throughout the United States.

Mr. Payne graduated with a BA Degree from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
