The Catalyst Group provides turn-key project development services for our customers and partners. These services include but are not limited to:

      Origination: This includes the pre-construction services, project concept, conceptual budgets, due diligence analysis, site analysis, preliminary and initial design studies, economic and feasibility analysis, customer contracts, project debt sourcing, and other early stage development tasks.
      Execution: This entails everything required to engineer, permit, and oversee final completion of a project. Our execution team handles all tasks required to bring a project into operation, including, building and zoning applications, project engineering, permit and zoning applications, environmental compliance, detailed engineering oversight, construction & project management, design build, tenant improvement services, Green Building –LEED Construction and General Constructing and Construction.

Early Involvement

As with each project, we at The Catalyst Group firmly believe that there is a need for our involvement at the start of a project. History has shown that our clients benefit from the company’s expertise as it relates to on site selection, infrastructure, due diligence, municipal codes, schedule, building material and systems evaluation. Early involvement also allows The Catalyst Group the ability to propose cost-saving alternatives that facilitate operating efficiency and future expansion.

The Catalyst Group maintains strict budget control through our intimate knowledge of the suppliers, the subcontractor marketplace and our ability to adhere to cost-discipline scheduling and purchasing.
