Master Plan Design

The Anavissos Aquarium is a 3-story, 150,000 square foot Aquarium facility holding more than one million gallons of fresh & salt water. It has a nautical themed restaurant, a bar, retail shops and ancillary educational entertainment including interactive programs with scuba divers and educators.

Anavissos Greece was a 400 acre development located adjacent to and some parts right on the Mediterranean Ocean, The project is a 45 minute drive from the center of the capital, Athens, Greece. The project was comprised of entertainment and leisure venues. The project was requested by the Helena Tourist Authority- a division of the Greek Federal Government.

The project had a theme park designed on the Greek mythology characters and legends from Homer, the Cyclops to the Iliad. A world class golf 18-hole course was designed with many of the greens located on water. There was an Aquarium designed with part of the building structure enveloped by the waters of the Mediterranean Sea. There was residential, commercial, sports complex, twin 500 room hotels and a central icon – a 500 foot tall Observation Tower.

This project was located within the city limits of Campinas – Brazil, which is approximately a 2 hour drive from Sao Paulo, Brazil. Campinas is a city of 3-4 million habitants and Sao Paulo has an estimated 30 million habitants. The project was a private development located on 850 acres of land.

The development was comprised of a theme park, a golf course, 5 upscale hotels, health and spa facilities, a large sports complex including soccer and tennis pitches. We had designed residential and commercial properties within the development, including technical vocational manufacturing facilities. At the center of the development a 1500 Observation Tower was designed with world class dining.

The Morocco Film Studio is a 420 hectare planned resort community outside Marrakech that combines a classic Moroccan medina and retail souk with a film studio, European-style pleasure garden, theme restaurants and clubs, fitness and health complex, five star resort, 18-hole golf course, villas and vacation homes, and cultural facilities. The extensive program will create an entertainment and leisure destination that represents the remarkable culture, art, and architecture of Morocco, while providing Western-style entertainment venues.
