Detailed Background Information:
The coastal areas as they stretch from Cabo San Lucas are some of the most desirable area for vacation properties. Within the 18 miles along highway 1 between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose Del Cabo, there are numerous resort hotels and world class golf courses. The property is located within a desirable area for condominiums. Immediate areas surrounding the property are mostly condominiums similar to the proposed project. The property is located on the opposite side of the coastal highway as compared to the beach. Beach access is available to all residents as local law does not allow private ownership of the beach nor restriction by individual parties. The property slopes gently to the south allowing spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez.
