Master Plan Design

Although each and every project is unique, they all require the same design process by which each milestone is common in the construction arena. The milestones are divided into specific disciplines; programming; project analysis; master plan design; concept development; detailed documents and ending with the construction drawing and document phase where the final drawings are released to the constructors.

We also have the ability to bring related experiences to complete the design of the entertainment project whatever it may be; hotel; casino; etc, including an extensive portfolio of restaurant and café projects including full signage, lighting and graphic capabilities.

As we now know; Experiences alone are not enough. There is a need to balance meaningful content with attendance generation; we have to determine the difference between concept; content and entertainment and to be able to implement the best product possible.
