  Mr. Miller is the founder and President of Eric Miller Architects, a regional Architecture and Planning design firm. Mr. Miller has been responsible for the design of over three million square feet of commercial, office, and civic spaces as well as 8,500 + units of condominium, multi-family and private residences. Mr. Miller has master planned and designed Hotel and Casino facilities, multi-family projects (both private and HUD Financed), and mixed use developments that have called for analysis, concept development, programming and design leadership.

  Mr. Miller has also been directly involved in the overall development process of several projects. The largest being that of the 134 million dollar Tuscany Hotel and Casino located in Las Vegas Nevada. Mr. Miller’s 20 year working relationship with the owner, Mr. Charles Heers, afforded him the opportunity to be involved in every aspect of the development of this facility, from land acquisition and lender meetings to sub-contractor budget negotiations and construction scheduling and supervision. Mr. Miller was not only the Architect of record, but also was the owner’s representative and met directly with IGT (International Gaming Technologies) and other Casino Gaming Companies to establish slot denomination mixes and casino floor layout. Mr. Miller also worked with the surveillance company to determine locations of cameras and monitors to ensure the effectiveness of the casino’s overall security systems. Mr. Miller was literally involved in every aspect of the development and construction of this facility for the 3 year span in which it was built and he continues to be involved to this day as the owner upgrades and expands the Tuscany Hotel and Casino.

  Mr. Miller has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the Ohio State University and is a NCARB certified and licensed architect in California, Nevada, New Mexico and Arizona. Mr. Miller has been involved in many charitable and professional organizations.
