Mr. Scott E. Jacobs is the Owner / President of JCI Holding, LLC a Structural Engineering firm in the Las Vegas, NV Valley. Scott has over 10 years of experience in structural engineering with concentrations in wood, steel, masonry and concrete structures, ranging from tract housing to complicated custom homes, tilt-up, masonry and steel office/warehouse structures. Prior to starting JCI Holding, Mr. Jacobs served as a Senior Project Engineer, overseeing the design and construction issues associated with notable high-rises in the Las Vegas Valley and multi-story steel, masonry, concrete tilt-up office and office warehouse structures along with working in residential structural design for several years. Scott is a member of The Structural Engineering Association of Southern Nevada, American Concrete Institute, National Business Advisory Council, AISC and CRSI. Mr. Jacobs graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering and a Masters in Civil Structural Engineering.
