Mr. Dennis Johnson is the owner of a number of construction related companies and has his experience with industry leading companies in the development and construction of Hotel/Gaming, Airports, Oil & Gas Projects and other Commercial projects. He has spent a number of years on international projects in South America, countries on the Arabian Peninsula, Europe and within U.S. venues in Alaska and within the contingent U.S. 

His experience is significant in development and construction projects not only in the financial fields but in the management of the construction work process. 

His MBA thesis was in construction management, with undergraduate degrees in Accounting and German. 

Mr. Johnson for a number of years was the corporate development controller for Hilton Hotels, Development Controller for ARCO Oil & Gas and Northrop Aircraft and CFO for a major millwork contractor in Las Vegas, NV. 

He is also the qualifying employee and licensed general contractor, having built over 70 custom homes in the Las Vegas Valley
